Check the connection
Open Settings → LotPress Updates. The screen shows the connection, activated URL, installation ID, and installed WordPress, PHP, Elementor, and LotPress component versions.
Sites installed through the license-gated installer normally reuse that activation automatically. If the screen is not connected, enter the license key and select Connect to updates.
Install an update
- Create a current site and database backup.
- Open Settings → LotPress Updates and select Check for updates, or use Dashboard → Updates.
- Review the components WordPress offers.
- Run the update and wait for WordPress to report completion.
- Check the homepage, inventory archive, one vehicle detail page, and the contact form.
Understand renewal behavior
If a Pro subscription expires or is not renewed, the installed site continues working at its current version. The site loses access to future private releases, package downloads, and priority product support until the license becomes active again.
Move or disconnect a site
Before permanently moving a licensed installation to a different public URL, open Settings → LotPress Updates and select Disconnect site. Connect the destination with the license after the move. Contact LotPress support if the previous site is unavailable or the activation cannot be released.
