Is LotPress Inventory really free?

Yes. The inventory plugin is a useful, independently maintained WordPress plugin—not a timed trial. It works without purchasing the LotPress theme.

What is the difference between Pro and Custom?

Pro provides the complete software for your team to configure. Custom adds discovery, deeper design and development, content assistance, launch services, and an ongoing working relationship.

Can you connect our DMS?

DMS integration is available with LotPress Custom following a compatibility review. Access methods, sync capabilities, approval requirements, and vendor fees vary by DMS provider.

What happens if a Pro subscription is not renewed?

The installed site continues working at its current version. Renewal maintains access to private updates, new releases, downloads, and priority support.
