1. Agreement and eligibility
By purchasing or using a paid LotPress product, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You represent that you are authorized to purchase for the business and that the billing and contact information you provide is accurate.
2. Prices, billing, and renewal
LotPress Pro and LotPress Sync are annual subscriptions for one WordPress site unless the checkout page or a written proposal states otherwise. The price shown at checkout is charged through Stripe. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date.
You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method associated with the subscription for the initial term and each renewal. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.
3. Software license and restrictions
WordPress code distributed by LotPress is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later where stated in the product. A paid subscription separately controls access to LotPress download services, automatic updates, license activation, and support for one production site. You may not share account credentials, license keys, download tickets, or support access with unrelated third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted under an applicable open-source license, including the right to use, modify, and redistribute covered software.
You are responsible for WordPress hosting, backups, security, legal notices, dealership content, inventory accuracy, third-party services, and testing changes before applying them to a production site.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date through the available Stripe customer-management link or by contacting LotPress. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not remove the software already installed.
If a paid product is not suitable, request a refund within 14 days after the initial purchase by emailing LotPress. Renewal charges and custom services are non-refundable except where required by law. We may decline a refund request involving abuse, license sharing, or substantial services already delivered.
5. Updates, support, and expiration
An active subscription provides access to the applicable private downloads, product updates, and support described on the pricing page. We may change or discontinue features while maintaining the overall nature of the purchased product. If a subscription expires or is canceled, the installed software may continue operating at its current version, but private downloads, future updates, and paid support end.
6. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LotPress products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LotPress is not responsible for hosting failures, third-party services, dealership data, lost profits, lost sales, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LotPress’s aggregate liability arising from a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated when reasonably required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
